At Jac Interior Store, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. To ensure complete transparency, we have outlined the scope of our warranty regarding all wooden and wood-based products. 

Wood and engineered wood are organic materials whose performance is naturally influenced by their surrounding environment. Consequently, these products cannot be guaranteed against the elements of nature, such as damage resulting from water ingress, excessive moisture, high humidity, wind, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as those falls strictly outside the scope of our product warranty. Please also note that termite or pest infestations originate from the problems with the installation site, (such as the subfloor, walls, or surrounding building structures) because this is a site-specific condition rather than a flaw in the material, termite damage does not constitute a product defect and is not covered under our warranty. We strongly recommend ensuring your site is professionally treated prior to installation.

Our commitment to you is to deliver products of the highest manufacturing standards. Our liability and warranty coverage are strictly limited to manufacturing defects present in the product supplied.

Our warranty does not cover damage arising from:

​* Improper handling, storage, or installation.
​*Negligence, misuse, or general wear and tear.
​* Exposure to harsh weather or inappropriate maintenance.
